At BlackMilk, we want you to feel amazing in your gear, so if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your unwashed and unworn items into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
